the only way to know for sure whether Turner syndrome (TS) have, is a blood test, so no matter what it is best to visit a doctor.
As you know TS raised some symptoms, but remember that all TS girls have all the symptoms listed, most only a few .. something that almost everyone has, however, is low. Some with TS will develop breasts and have the time, but they need more medication to pass through. Injections of growth hormone is used to a little help ...
You need to consult a doctor if it can only be that you are a late developer and I can not help to start something from afar, but if a TS you need medical care anyway.

If people are randomly over the Internet do not always know the best source if you have a severe illness, or suffer all good. In any case, go see a doc immediately.

Go to your doctor you will find on this site. This is a document of all Turner syndrome. It lists symptoms, treatment, risks, as you say, if at all, and so on. Yes, it is long (44 pages), but if your really curious, you'll read everything. I scanned the most useful information for sure that worth your time, but here it is!
