I watch a home theater projector for a long time. I do not need high-end, because I want to just throw at 72-84 cm.
They have a very good deal on a projector from ViewSonic PJ506D SVGA. 469, but you see the screen and freedom of assembly at a discount.

Should probably expect a very good deal and make sure that your brand is very beautiful and has an extended warranty. I think you should just wait for later, because if you before you should expect to have used.
Some thoughts:
1) The warranty period begins only if the collection or take delivery. Many retailers will delay the date of delivery or pickup for you.
2) New models come in many brands. These can be the quality or characteristics that appeal to you and probably less expensive than the models in the past year I have improved for the first time. Moreover, these brands will be significantly reducing the prices of recent years in the summer and others are reduced in the fall when they are still in stock.
