I'm hosting a tapas party. Can you offer any menu suggestions? - shrimp almond meal recipe -cake -bake

This is what I have to this day: fried Marcona almonds, marinated olives sausage, stuffed mushrooms, garlic small toast with ham, tomato and manchego garlic toast with the same amount of red pepper and cream of shrimp, tuna, egg salad and tomatoes and lots of fresh fruit for dessert. I've never done before a meal of tapas. If you - I'm missing something important? I'm very interested in things that you will be booked in advance, and it will be hot, and tomorrow I will not be hard on the stove in the last minute. I would be grateful for your ideas!

What a wonderful choice - which seems to have lost nothing - especially since the caps are very similar to appetizers and small servings of different foods. You can also use a small block of foie gras and vegetables, which are distributed to crispy bread test - you can buy in advance. Small pieces of honeydew melon wrapped in bacon are also good.

Have you thought about mojitos, sangria or margarita to go with them? You can pre-mixed in pitchers, and then, when guests arrive.

They have a great party - have made a good start.

Serve canapés can find millions of recipes, and as one of the blankets. You can serve warm or cold

What marinated chickpeas?

Take a can of chickpeas and drain. Place in a bowl, olive oil, vinegar, garlic, chopped (or a dash or garlic powder), salt, pepper, maybe a dash or salsa.

Mix well. Let stand in refrigerator overnight or for several hours. Serve with toothpicks.

Cold simply refreshing. A nice contrast to the other things that you serve.

Once I had filled a little blue cheese had dates wrapped in bacon in a tapas restaurant ... was sooooo good! I have it at home and is super easy .... Buy only things we are confronted with a piece of Roquefort or blue cheese, wrap a half slice of bacon around safely and comfortably with a toothpick and cook until bacon is crisp. But it seems that you have a fantastic menu, already!
